Maike M. studied law and worked for EY for more than 10 years as a consultant. She has experience working with big corporates, small and medium entities, Start-ups and NGOs. She supported as project manager, organizing up to 100 stakeholders and contributors, within the Big4 she started a new business section and did everything around business development but also training colleagues and clients. She supports small and medium businesses, solopreneurs and NGOs so that their vision becomes reality, through workshops setting the foundation of a business (vision, goals, structure, processes, teams etc.) and keeping the traction.

My work is based on the believe that we all need a team around us. Each person has a specific set of gifts, but we all need additions to complete a big vision. My approach is a mix of consulting, training and coaching. This way I can adapt to the needs but also develop people individually based on their gift and calling. I have a high value for excellence, transparency and structure. I like to see the creative part of each person and how things come together when you work together.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Maike is a mom of two kids, married and a follower of Jesus Christ. She is passionate about seeing Christians stepping into their calling and finding their place in society. Together with her husband she started a non-profit organization seeking revival, reformation and transformation across the next generation through community, discipleship and entrepreneurship. She loves fast cars and cooking with the family as well as eating food from all over the world.
